Product information of PFI Pleated PP PE Filter

The materials meet the ment of FDA, and have a wide range of chemical compatibility.
The filter housing, the centre rod, and the end cover all employs the thermal fusion welding technology. Without using any glue, the production process is environment-friendly, no pollution, and no leakage.

PFI PY Series Polyester Pleated Filter Cartridges are constructed of pleated Polyester (PY) filter media, with central core and high-grade end cap. Polyester pleated cartridges have low pressure drop and high flow capacity. PY pleated cartridges are produced using 100% synthetic fibers, which are free of binders or adhesives, exhibiting highly effective retention efficiency. What’s more, they are washable and reusable commodiously.

Polyester pleated filter cartridges also called water ment filters. The pleated design increases surface area and extends service life, making PY pleated cartridges to be one of the most economic options in water treatment.
